Is departure guaranteed for every weekend?

Yes. Departure is 100% guaranteed once we reach 8 or more confirmed bookings for a given date. We notify all guests via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before departure. If a departure does not reach the minimum, we offer a full refund or a free date transfer to the next available batch.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation 7 or more days before departure: 75% refund. Cancellation 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. You may transfer your booking to a future date free of charge (subject to availability). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

What are the room sharing arrangements?

Rooms are arranged on a triple-sharing or quad-sharing basis to keep costs affordable. Couples may request separate double rooms at an additional cost of ₹800 per couple (subject to availability). Solo female travelers are always roomed with other female travelers for safety and comfort.

What meals are included in the package?

The package includes one dinner at the resort on Day 1 evening and breakfast on Day 2 morning before the Kainchi Dham Darshan. Lunch is not included and is at personal cost. There are good local restaurants and dhabbas available near the resort and temple at affordable prices.

What transport is provided and where does the trip start?

We use a 13-Seater Tempo Traveller with a professional, experienced driver. The trip starts from a central Delhi meeting point (exact location shared via WhatsApp 24 hours before departure). Note: AC may not function optimally in hilly regions, which is normal for Tempo Travellers on mountain roads.

Can children travel on this tour? What is the child policy?

Children above 5 years are welcome. Children between 5–10 years sharing a bed with parents are charged 50% of the adult price (₹2,000). Children above 10 years pay the full adult price. Infants below 5 years travel free but do not occupy a separate seat. Parents must supervise children at all times, especially near water and on mountain roads.

What are the dress code and rules for Kainchi Dham temple?

Kainchi Dham Ashram is a place of immense spiritual significance. Visitors must wear modest, respectful clothing — no shorts, sleeveless tops, or revealing outfits. Women should carry a dupatta or stole. Leather items are not permitted inside temple premises. Photography inside the main sanctum is restricted. Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited on temple grounds.

What should I pack for this trip?

Pack light — this is a 1N/2D trip. Essentials: comfortable walking shoes, modest clothing for temple visit, a light jacket or shawl (Bhimtal can be cool at night), sunscreen, personal medicines, valid photo ID (Aadhaar or Passport), power bank, cash (ATMs limited near temple). Total luggage: 1 medium bag (up to 10 kg per person).

Is this tour suitable for senior citizens or people with medical conditions?

Yes, the tour is generally suitable for senior citizens as it does not involve trekking or strenuous activities. We recommend consulting your doctor before traveling to hilly areas if you have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, or breathing problems. Please mention any medical conditions in the booking form so our team can assist.

How do I confirm my seat after booking?

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of full payment by TraveloTrend.
Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp within 2 hours of payment verification.
TraveloTrend reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any departure not meeting the minimum occupancy of 8 guests.
All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment of ₹3,999 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.
Payments are accepted via UPI only. No cash payment is accepted without prior written authorization.
Payment proof must be shared on WhatsApp for manual verification by our team.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation 7+ days before departure: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation less than 72 hours before departure: no refund applicable.
Free date transfer to a future batch (within 60 days) available once per booking, subject to availability.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
No refund for no-shows or voluntary early departure from the tour.

4. Transportation

TraveloTrend provides a 13-Seater Tempo Traveller for all groups. Seat allocation is as per booking order.
Air conditioning in Tempo Travellers may not operate at full efficiency in mountainous terrain — this is normal and not a service failure.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 medium bag (up to 10 kg). Oversized luggage must be declared in advance.
TraveloTrend is not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, traffic, or government restrictions.

5. Accommodation

Accommodation at The Breeze Riverside Resort, Bhimtal is on a sharing basis (triple or quad share).
Room upgrades are subject to availability and additional cost. Requests must be made at time of booking.
Any damages caused to hotel property by guests are the sole responsibility of those guests.
